New hybrid car shell body line installation
Beck & Pollitzer Czech have finished the installation of a shell body line to be used by a global car manufacturer in the production of a new hybrid car for 2022. Our dedicated crew completed a number of key modifications for the client and worked alongside the client’s own team in a highly organised and coordinated operation.
The Czech team carried out the unloading and unpacking, installation of robots and jigs and cable pulling and connections. Preparation for mechanical services and waste disposal were also managed as was daily 5S. The highly technical nature of the services meant strict adherence to the timetable, with health and safety of course being a priority.
With COVID-19 still being present within the workplace, guidelines were stuck to by all on-site, with weekly testing and respirators worn where needed. Overall the safety precautions did not hinder our team’s performance!
The team were able to overcome these challenges and so were able to complete all tasks to the highest standard of professionalism, with the client being pleased by Beck & Pollitzer Czech’s timely and professional commitment to the job.
