Disassembly, packing, and global transportation: The initial phase of the project centred on the disassembly and packing of production lines at the Hungarian facility. Our role extended beyond disassembly and packing. We coordinated the logistics of shipping 27 containers containing 450 tons of equipment across continents. Site clearance and equipment disposal: Once the production lines were removed, the factory required complete clearance.
