Beck & Pollitzer Hungary was awarded a full turnkey relocation project by an American automotive supplier. Our team had to relocate the assembly and moulding machines with their accessories from Germany to Hungary.
This extensive machinery relocation project, which was successfully completed after 3000 project hours, included electrical and mechanical installations and transportation services. The main challenge was the fact that the client could not afford a shutdown of the production line. Therefore, the relocation was scheduled for 10 stages spread over the year. To maximize efficiency, Beck & Pollitzer Hungary assigned the same operatives to all project stages, resulting in a safe and smooth relocation.
