Apollo Tyre signing ceremony – Hungary

Beck & Pollitzer were the main machinery installation contractor at the Apollo Tyre manufacturing facility in Hungary and had responsibility for all the turnkey machinery installation on site. In a project that lasted over two years we have successfully installed a brand new passenger car tyre production facility as well as a truck and bus tyre production facility.  The project included installing  around 250km cables, 50km pipes, 250t steel structure including its design and manufacture, with 250 workers on site at its peak which lasted 8 months.

Once again Beck & Pollitzer’s global reach meant that we worked in partnership with Electricians from Romania, Project Management from Poland and with the enormous contribution from the Hungarian supervisors and operatives to successfully complete the project to the clients satisfaction.
