Relocation of IMMs and CNC machines to a new production plant

Beck & Pollitzer Czech was awarded a new relocation project by a major manufacturer of electrical installation equipment.  We acted as the main contractor to relocate twelve Injection Moulding Machines (IMMs) and three Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines from an existing production facility to a new one three kilometres away. In addition to the relocation of machines, the project also included mechanical dismantling, positioning, and levelling.

The project was completed successfully with 11 hours of work per day at both locations simultaneously under the expert supervision of 8 mechanics and 2 supervisors. After 330 project hours and with the use of tackle boxes and FLT VersaLift 25/35, a total of 75 tons of equipment was relocated.

The client was fully satisfied with the outcome of this project and hence trusted us with another project in 2023 for the relocation of presses to a new production plant. If you would like Beck & Pollitzer to help you with your machine relocation project, please contact one of your local offices.
