December is always a special time for Beck & Pollitzer Poland. Everyone is deeply involved in Christmas preparations – joy for everyone, topped with a Christmas Eve dinner for the Management and all employees. This year’s Christmas period was even more special because for the first time we took part in a charity campaign called ‘Christmas Package’.
The festive mood crossed the doorstep of Beck & Pollitzer at the beginning of December, with the first snow and Santa Claus’ visit! It was then that Sosnowiec office dressed up for the Christmas, behind the wheel of the lift sat Santa Claus, Christmas lights flashed on the Christmas tree, and specially prepared cards for customers set off in various parts of Europe.
The highlight this Christmas was our participation in the ‘Christmas package’ Charity Campaign – a great initiative involving a preparation of a Christmas gift for a family in need. We supported Tomek 11 years old and his family – thanks to the commitment of all of us, Tomek received a medical equipment vital for his daily rehabilitation. It was very rewarding to make someone happy!
The culmination of the Christmas fever was a Christmas Eve dinner with the participation of CEEA Director Janusz Lach, General Manager Janusz Stachura and employees of the Polish branch. We all had a fantastic time accompanied with live music, traditional dishes, it was an opportunity to reflect on 2018 and charge the batteries for the next, 2019!
