Beck & Pollitzer Czech recently completed a significant industrial press installation project at a customer’s production facility in Žacléř. This project showcases our expertise in handling the assembly of heavy machinery and complex mechanical installations.
The project involved the careful unloading, precise positioning, and expert mechanical installation of two large presses, weighing 110 tons and 40 tons respectively, along with a washer and associated accessories.
Our experienced team meticulously prepared, managed, and supervised the entire operation, ensuring adherence to the highest health and safety standards. This included close collaboration with the customer throughout the project lifecycle. To facilitate the safe and efficient handling of the heavy equipment, we utilised specialised equipment, including a Gantry system, a VersaLift 40/60, a 5-ton forklift truck (FLT), and a 10-meter cherry picker.
