Colleague referral programme
The best way to find talents is through our colleagues who know what our company needs regarding talents. Josh Milner, Supervisor, has received a referral bonus of $2,500 for referring five colleagues to Clarkson Industrial. The program was implemented last year, due to the increasing volume of colleagues needed. This program helps Clarkson Industrial grow our staff and allows colleagues to be rewarded for bringing talented individuals to the team.
