Chocolate Line Relocation

One of the most unique features to Beck & Pollitzer is our ability to work on a truly global scale, moving critical production equipment smoothly between continents.

This latest project saw our teams of specialist engineers collaborating between the removal of critical chocolate production equipment in South Africa and the swift reinstallation over 10,000km away in Istanbul, Turkey.

Our client is one of the worlds leading suppliers of chocolates and biscuits and it was vital that this essential chocolate production line was relocated swiftly and up and running in the shortest time possible. This complex relocation was completed safely, on-time and within budget.

This multi-faced project consisted of dismantling and packing of lines in South Africa, transportation to Istanbul, and the complete mechanical and electrical assembly in Istanbul.
