In a recent project, Beck & Pollitzer successfully completed the comprehensive dismantling of a press line in the UK, underscoring our extensive expertise in industrial services. This endeavour involved the meticulous match-marking, disconnection, and dismantling of a complex press line, which included one 2000-ton press and three 1000-ton presses, along with an end sheet feed system and inter-press handling robots.
Project scope and execution: The project commenced with a thorough assessment of the press line’s components, followed by detailed match-marking to ensure precise reassembly at the destination site. Our skilled team then systematically disconnected and dismantled the machinery, adhering to stringent safety protocols and industry standards. The dismantling process was executed using our state-of-the-art SBL1100 Gantry System, which facilitated the safe and efficient handling of heavy equipment.
Packing – With the dismantling phase complete, the focus shifted to logistics and shipment. Each component of the press line was carefully packed and prepared for international transport to India.
