Beck & Pollitzer continuously invests in the development and education of its people.
This month, Key Account Manager Florian Bandt led a sales training workshop at the Beck & Pollitzer Spain office in Barcelona.
The workshop was specifically designed to help attendees hone their techniques; effectively researching, qualifying and approaching customers and projects. The helpful tips and tricks provided in the workshop were then tested during roleplay.
Following the events of the day, an action plan was agreed to enable on-going support and further development opportunities.
