Beck & Pollitzer delivers major electrification manufacturing installation


As global demand for electrification increases, Beck & Pollitzer is proud to support the leading manufacturers driving this transition. We successfully carried out a comprehensive installation of a voltage regulator production facility for a global power management company, enhancing their electrification capabilities.

This flagship project involved the complete setup of a 250,000-square-foot manufacturing plant, marking a significant investment in growing electrification infrastructure. The eight-month project, valued at over $4 million, highlighted both its technical and strategic importance, reinforcing our expertise in complex industrial installations within the rapidly expanding power components sector.

Comprehensive scope of work & machine integration: Beck & Pollitzer was selected to deliver the full installation scope for the new voltage regulator production lines, including machinery installation, process piping, and electrical integration. Our team was responsible for the seamless integration of 275 machines, spanning a wide variety of manufacturing processes essential to the production of these critical power components. The comprehensive project encompassed multiple specialised manufacturing areas:

Sheet metal fabrication systems:

  • Advanced laser cutting equipment with automated magazine systems
  • Precision forming and punching presses for component manufacturing
  • Manual and robotic welding stations for structural assembly
  • Automated material handling and positioning equipment

Assembly and testing infrastructure:

  • Sophisticated coil winding, stacking, and brazing systems
  • Precision filling and vacuum processing
  • Comprehensive electrical test cells for performance and safety validation
  • Quality assurance stations

Logistics and material handling:

  • Strategic installation of jib cranes, overhead cranes, and free-standing lifting systems
  • Integrated conveyance systems for efficient production flow
  • Forklifts and plug-in vehicle charging systems (PIV)
