Beck & Pollitzer 2025 review: Global engineering delivery, people and purpose

2025 was a defining year for Beck & Pollitzer, marked by the successful delivery of complex industrial engineering projects across multiple continents, alongside measurable progress in sustainability, safety, and social impact. Our annual review video captures both the scale of our operations and the people behind them, demonstrating how we support clients worldwide through precision engineering, collaboration, and responsible business practices.

Europe: precision engineering, relocation and sustainable Industry

Across Europe, Beck & Pollitzer delivered a broad range of machinery installation and relocation projects, often within live production environments.

In the Czech Republic, our team completed the internal relocation of three lathes and one press to support railway maintenance operations. Detailed planning and sequencing ensured minimal disruption and accurate reinstallation.

In France, our engineers successfully installed a 40-ton press, demonstrating strong capability in heavy machinery installation and controlled lifting operations.

Our Hungarian operation delivered a multi-scope production line upgrade, coordinating mechanical and electrical activities to enhance manufacturing efficiency while maintaining strict quality and health & safety standards.

In Spain, Beck & Pollitzer completed the installation of plastic separation lines in Vitoria, supporting the recycling sector. Delivered over 12 months and 24,000 project-hours, the project reflects our growing involvement in sustainable and circular-economy industries.

In the UK, Beck & Pollitzer installed and commissioned delivery station equipment. Delivered over nearly 62,000 project-hours with a peak workforce of 365 people, the project demonstrated our ability to scale resources rapidly while maintaining robust safety, logistics, and site coordination.

Asia: Integrated turnkey engineering at scale

In Asia, 2025 was characterised by large-scale, integrated engineering scopes requiring close coordination across multiple disciplines.

In India, Beck & Pollitzer delivered extensive integrated mechanical, electrical, and piping works. The scope included equipment erection, electrical services, and complex piping systems across rolling mills, furnaces, finishing lines, and automated storage, highlighting our turnkey project delivery capability in demanding industrial environments.

Americas: Advanced manufacturing and global Relocation

Across the Americas, Beck & Pollitzer supported clients operating in advanced manufacturing and high-volume production environments.

In the United States, we delivered a major voltage regulator production line installation. The turnkey scope involved hundreds of machines from multiple OEMs and required precise integration within a new manufacturing facility.

In South America, our Polish team led the relocation of two complete automotive production lines from Poland to Brazil. This complex transcontinental project involved dismantling, international transport, and reinstallation, delivered to schedule while maintaining full production continuity for the client.

Our people, social impact and sustainability in 2025

Beyond project delivery, 2025 was a year of strong social engagement, sustainability progress, and cultural development at Beck & Pollitzer, clearly reflected in the annual review video.

Teams across the business actively supported charitable initiatives, taking part in events such as the London Marathon, the United Way Fall Food Drive, and the Behėj Borky charity run. In the UK, employees chose to donate the value of their performance awards to charitable organisations, reinforcing a culture of shared responsibility and community support.

Employee well-being and environmental impact were further supported through the 2025 Global Step Challenge, which engaged teams worldwide, supported charitable causes, and funded the planting of 313 trees. These initiatives align with Beck & Pollitzer’s broader ESG commitments and focus on sustainable business practices.

2025 also marked key sustainability and safety milestones. Beck & Pollitzer became carbon neutral, published its first full carbon footprint report, and achieved the RoSPA Gold Medal Award for the ninth consecutive year, underlining our long-standing commitment to health, safety, and continuous improvement.
