Our Polish team has once again demonstrated its expertise in managing complex international relocations, successfully transferring a cylinder block line and a cylinder head line for a major automotive industry client. This large-scale project involved the complete relocation of two critical production lines from Poland to Brazil, requiring careful planning, close coordination, and precision execution to meet the client’s operational timelines.
Our responsibility encompassed the full dismantling, specialised packing, and international shipping of both production lines. Each component was packed using custom-built boxes designed specifically for sea transport, ensuring full protection during the long journey. Additionally, our operations team oversaw the installation of the production lines at the destination site in Brazil, providing continuity and ensuring compliance with the original production setup.
Throughout the project, we dedicated a total of 50,000 working hours and dispatched 337 trucks to transport all equipment and materials across continents. The successful completion of this task was the result of the precise coordination of logistics and multi-team operations across Poland and Brazil.
