Turbine installation in France completed by Beck & Pollitzer
Beck & Pollitzer France completed the installation of a turbine for Italian manufacturer ORC (Organic Rankine Cycle). The works involved the connection of the turbine to the main pipe connection, as well as the pressure tests and other Key modifications.
The team began the installation by unloading and positioning the different equipment that would be used for the turbine. The heaviest equipment weighed 30 tonnes, so health & safety was of the utmost priority.
One challenge our team faced was scheduling. The weight of the equipment risked leading to difficulties in positioning, which could have resulted in delay. However, this was overcome efficiently, resulting in no time being wasted in the installation process.
Thanks to the professionalism of the Beck & Pollitzer team, who were organised and highly competent throughout, the project was completed on time and to the great satisfaction of the client.
