Beck & Pollitzer India successfully executed a large-scale industrial installation project for a leading Indian electric vehicle manufacturer, providing comprehensive mechanical and electrical integration, process utility setup, and structural modifications.
Scope of work
Our expert team managed every aspect of the project, from unloading, unpacking, and material handling to positioning, assembly, and commissioning support. The industrial installation process included complete electrical tray installation, cable laying, and termination, piping layout design, routing, and integration with plant utilities. Key operations such as dosing and mixing (Anode & Cathode systems) required precise mechanical installation, electrical, and piping integration, ensuring operational efficiency.
To support seamless execution, Beck & Pollitzer established a well-equipped local site infrastructure, including DG backup, a fabrication yard, and dedicated site offices for OEM teams. Additional jobs included:
- Stringent HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) compliance was maintained throughout with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Waste disposal management in line with pollution board regulations.
- Extensive I/O checks, testing, and commissioning support were conducted to validate system functionality before handover.
Project execution & achievements
Over the 10-month project duration, our 120-member team successfully erected four towers, seamlessly integrating mechanical, electrical, and piping systems. The project also involved extensive manpower support for Dry/Wet/PPAP trials, ensuring a smooth transition to full-scale operations in collaboration with OEMs and the end customer.
