Beck & Pollitzer India had recently finished an industrial installation project, for a comprehensive manufacturer of rubber and plastics, including transmission belts used in automobiles and motorcycles.
Our main task was the fabrication and installation of over 50 machines designed to manufacture various kinds of belts used in the automotive industry. Over 31 operatives were involved in the entire process of assembling – starting from the unloading of machines and materials, all the way through unpacking, shifting, and installation.
Our team of experts also provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) services, including mechanical piping of air & water GI Pipelines and installation of electrical cables & cable trays. Commissioning support and production trials were also provided to the client, which ensured a smooth start of production. The belt manufacturing line was successfully installed after a total of 12,000 project hours.
