At the end of 2022, Beck & Pollitzer Czech installed a spray packaging production line for a major packaging industry client.
Some of the tasks which were undertaken by our experienced team in the Czech for this installation project were:
- Health and safety planning
- Unloading at destination and unpacking from wooden boxes
- Moving to the installation location
- Manoeuvring, installing, positioning, and levelling the machines
- Handover to the client
Various tools such as FLT VersaLift 40/60, FLT Hyster 7t, and MEWP were used for the transportation and installation of machines.
One of the main challenges of this project was the limited space – there was only 40 cm of free space under the roof structure. However, thanks to our many years of experience, we managed to safely install the storage space, and the basket was safe and undamaged.
