In North Rhine-Westfalia, Germany, montagen plus, is supporting CT-Formpolster GmbH, one of the leading manufacturers for roll-packed mattresses in international online retailing.
The relocation of the whole production facility to new, more modern production halls includes cutting systems, presses, bonding plants, conveyor technology, packaging plants, and the distribution centre.
Over the course of five weeks, and during ongoing production, the following services will be performed:
- measuring and labelling of all machines
- electrical and mechanical disassembly into transportable units
- loading trucks and transportation to the new manufacturing site
- setting reference points and drawing of the middle axis on the floor of the final destination
- unloading and integrating at the new point of use
- positioning and levelling all machine components to each other
- mechanical assembly and electrical installation of the whole machine until operational readiness and following with an I/O check
