Guide system replacement

Beck & Pollitzer continue to support our customers and key industrial sectors worldwide during Covid-19 period.

In Southern France, Beck & Pollitzer is supporting a company specializing in the design and manufacture of high technology machinery for the production of flat & tissue paper as well as cardboard.

This project consists of replacing spare parts on a production line being used to manufacture protective medical clothing and materials (such as sterilization wrap, face masks, gloves and surgical drapes and gowns).

During this essential maintenance intervention, we used specialist access equipment in order to:
– Disassemble the rollers to access the guide systems
– Guide replacement
– Replace the rollers
– Align and adjust with precision measurement tools

We are committed to providing the highest standard of project execution, safely delivered, on time, anywhere in the world.
