Executing such a complex industrial installation within a live aluminium production environment required meticulous planning and a highly coordinated approach to ensure zero disruption to ongoing operations.
A multi-disciplinary engineering scope:
The project involved an intensive schedule and the deployment of a structured, multi-disciplinary team. Over more than 40,000 project hours, our specialists delivered a full suite of engineering services to ensure the equipment was installed to the highest industrial standards. Our scope included:

This team held full responsibility for the supervision of our multi-trade staff, including mechanics, electricians, and supervisors, ensuring that all work met the client’s internal standards and local engineering regulations.
Safety was paramount, particularly given the complexity of the works and strict local regulations. We implemented continuous Health & Safety monitoring and supervision throughout the project to maintain a secure working environment and full compliance with site-specific safety protocols. By operating on a direct labour basis, we maintained the flexibility to adapt our resources as the project evolved, ensuring the assembly and handover remained on track.
