Our team was tasked with installing two substantial vertical presses at an international technology partner’s plant in Frýdlant and Ostravicí. This project follows our previous collaboration on installing a Mectiles vertical press, highlighting our ongoing commitment to precision and reliability.
The project involved the installation of two vertical presses, weighing 103 tons and 43 tons respectively. Our experienced team efficiently managed the unloading, vertical positioning, and placement of these massive presses onto their prepared bases. The installation of presses took ten intensive days, with the team working diligently for 10 hours each day to ensure it was completed on time.
Key to this heavy machinery installation project’s success was the meticulous planning and management by Beck & Pollitzer’s Czech team, including Health & Safety oversight. The equipment utilised for this project included:

- 1 Gantry PT5400
- 1 FLT Linde 8t
