Beck & Pollitzer Czech recently completed a complex hydraulic press dismantling project, reinforcing our reputation as a trusted partner for machinery removal and industrial dismantling services.
The project involved the complete dismantling of a CXP-30MNB hydraulic press and the entire machine room located beneath it to make way for installing a new press and accessories. Our scope also included the careful separation and containerisation of all dismantled parts, followed by transport to a scrap yard. The heaviest component—weighing 35 tonnes—was preserved and stored on-site for future use.
Operating under a tight schedule, the Beck & Pollitzer team implemented a 24/7 shift strategy and a meticulously detailed technological dismantling plan to ensure the timely and safe completion of the project. The confined working area and the sheer weight of the equipment presented significant logistical challenges, all of which were expertly managed by our internal Czech team, including health & safety (OHS) oversight.
