Challenge: A global leader in electrical and electronic safety components needed a reliable partner for the mechanical installation of a massive HOP 1000t press. Having successfully installed a previous press for the same client in 2019, Beck & Pollitzer was entrusted with this critical project.
Solution: Our experienced Czech team delivered a meticulously planned and executed two-stage mechanical installation.
- Stage 1: Precise unloading and storage of the press followed by foundation modification to ensure a perfect fit.
- Stage 2: Utilising a hydraulic lifting system, the press was rotated and carefully settled into its final position. The team then installed the inclined platform, hydraulic unit, piping, and other smaller components.
