Complex industrial relocation for a global technology leader
Beck & Pollitzer Germany is currently undertaking a significant project for an internationally leading automotive supplier specialising in autonomous driving technologies. This project contributes to making the automotive industry greener, safer, and more connected.
The project began in March 2024 and involves the complex relocation of a large number of fully automated stamping machines. Oil mist separators, decoiling units, double feeders, laser stations, camera inspection systems, recoiling units with intermediate storage dispensers, and noise protection enclosures complete the presses with stamping and bending tools as the core of each highly automated production unit.
All stamping machines are being relocated near the headquarters of Beck & Pollitzer Germany. The project is expected to continue until the end of this year.
As the general contractor, Beck & Pollitzer Germany is responsible for the entire scope of the industrial relocation up to commissioning. This comprehensive approach ensures that every aspect of the project is handled seamlessly, meeting the highest standards of work safety, efficiency, and precision. Our specialised and highly experienced assembly team uses special manufacturer equipment for the relocation of the presses. This ensures the safe and efficient transport and smooth, timely reintegration of each fully automated stamping machine into production.
Our project manager and assembly supervisor typically work with a team of ten skilled workers on this complex endeavour, underscoring our commitment to flexibility and responsiveness for our valued customers. The planning of each relocation step is discussed weekly with our client and aligned with their production capacity requirements.
Beck & Pollitzer Germany is proud to contribute to technological progress in the mobility sector with this project. Contact us to discuss your industrial relocation needs.
