Beck & Pollitzer Italy and Czech have successfully collaborated and completed the machinery relocation project in a plant near Milan, Italy, for an FMCG (White goods) client. The project included Internal relocations of the washing machine drum production lines.
Our Czech team has worked alongside their Italian colleagues to support them with every aspect of the project which included logistics, equipment, documentation, and local supplier management.
The main scope of the project was to move and reassemble the old assembly lines in another production area for better production efficiency and to free up used space for other production purposes.
