Beck & Pollitzer France completed the installation of the Mild-hybrid (MHEV) project of the underbody lines for a multinational automotive manufacturer.
The main task of this project was to relocate, integrate and install various equipment and machines. Firstly, our team started with the electrical and machinal dismantling of equipment such as fences, sealer pumps, welding cabinets, controller cabinets, cable trays, robot pedestals, robots, track motions, grippers, guns, fixtures, turntables and hammer stations. A total of 13 operatives and 2100 project hours were utilised to complete the project on time and with 100% satisfaction from the client. We provided strong and experienced project management, site supervision, and Quality, Health and Safety supervision.
Thanks to our highly skilled and experienced team, which included the project manager, site supervisor, and Quality, Health and Safety supervisors, the project was completed without any incidents or accidents.
