Our team managed the <strong>unloading and unpacking of nearly 100 containers and 30 trucks<\/strong>, ensuring safe delivery and thorough quality checks of all components before installation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key elements of the scope included:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Laser-tracked floor marking<\/strong> to ensure accuracy and layout precision.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Positioning and installation<\/strong> of robots, fixtures, and supporting structures.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mechanical and electrical installation<\/strong>, including structural assembly, alignment and levelling, utility connections, and <a href=\"https:\/\/beck-pollitzer.com\/us\/services\/specialist-services\/\">commissioning support<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This combination of <strong>mechanical installation<\/strong> and <strong>industrial electrical works<\/strong> was delivered to the highest standards of safety and quality.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Execution &amp; delivery: <\/strong>To deliver this complex installation, Beck &amp; Pollitzer deployed a <strong>dedicated team of 50 operatives<\/strong>, supported by experienced supervisors and a project manager. Using cranes, forklifts, scissor lifts, and other specialist handling equipment, the team carried out the installation in a systematic and controlled manner.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>installation phase was completed in 2.5 months<\/strong>, followed by <strong>four weeks of commissioning<\/strong>, all under strict OEM and client supervision.
