The goal of relocating an\u00a0entire model Tooling\u00a0(molds\u00a0and dies) from\u00a0Spain to Russia was challenging \u2013 our team had to work through\u00a0the restrictions\u00a0set by Covid-19\u00a0while still keeping to the appropriate health and safety guidelines. Beck &amp; Pollitzer France,\u00a0Spain, Russia and Italy collaborated to deliver the project successfully.\u200b<\/p>\n<p><strong>The scope of works\u00a0included:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Site visits, preparation &amp; coordination of the picking in supplier\u2019s\u00a0factories\u00a0as well as Tier 1 &amp; 2\u00a0suppliers (up to 50 different locations located in Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Switzerland)\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Picking-up\u00a0the dies &amp; jigs, packing and transportation to the final destination or the warehouse\u00a0for consolidation\/optimization\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Detailed pictures &amp; reports, including export packing lists (essential for customs to Russia &amp;\u00a0Uzbekistan)\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Transportation to final destination including Customs clearance support (Russia \/ Uzbekistan)\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In total, over 500 trucks were used to\u00a0relocate the entire production tooling.\u200b<\/p>\n<p>Despite the pandemic creating challenges for all international trade, Beck &amp; Pollitzer delivered\u00a0an automotive production from Spain to Russia, thanks to a highly professional and effective\u00a0global network.\u200b<\/p>\n<p>If you would like full satisfaction in your <a href=\"https:\/\/beck-pollitzer.com\/hi\/services\/machinery-movers\/\" rel=\"\">machinery shifting<\/a> needs, please do not hesitate to\u00a0contact us.\u200b<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Beck &amp; Pollitzer France undertook a large international logistic project for a renowned\u00a0automotive manufacturer.
