The Global Automotive part manufacturer required strict down and up production dates.<\/p>\n<p>During this project, our professional and experienced team took on the full responsibility of all mechanical, electrical, piping phases for dismantling, packaging, freight and reassembly.<\/p>\n<p>The relocation of the heavy machinery equipment included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete tool room consisting of lathes, mills, and grinders<\/li>\n<li>10 Wire Machines 13.5+ tonnes<\/li>\n<li>65 Turning and Welding Machines 3.5+ tonnes<\/li>\n<li>5 Machines 57+ tonnes<\/li>\n<li>4 Machines 42+ tonnes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our expert team used various equipment to complete this demanding project, such as 200 Ton Hydraulic Truck Crane, 240 Ton Gantry Set, Tandem 80,000-pound capacity Forklifts, 40\/60 and 60\/80 Versa lifts, Several 6-15,000-pound capacity Forklifts, Man lifts, 200 Ton Hydraulic Jack Set.<\/p>\n<p>Beck &amp; Pollitzer continue to provide tailored engineering solution including <a href=\"https:\/\/beck-pollitzer.com\/hi\/services\/factory-relocation\/\">plant relocation<\/a> anywhere in the world to a very high standard.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Clarkson Industrial, part of Beck &amp; Pollitzer Group was awarded a challenging and complex project to relocate Tier 1 components production facility from South Carolina to Texas in four phases from 2019-2020.
